Again the wind is starting to pick up 5 to 10 mile an hour like every other time it blows in Las Vegas my Internet starts buffering they cant find a reason but the only time it does it is when the wind blows bitched about it for the past 15 years tired of their ***

Fix the flipping connection amazing I’ve never buffers when the wind don’t blow but when the wind blows a little bit of buffers replaced every line and cable all the way out your pole so it was between your pole in the box send the construction out guys i

you have some of the most rudest people working for you, i have had a problem with my bill for the last few years and im done with it!!!!! No one there has any heart all, all you want is money, You charge WWWAAAYYYY!!!!!! to much for service so i have deceide to find another cable company, i will take great pride in telling everyone how HEARTLESS your company is. What im really tired of is being hung up on, where do you find these people to work for you at??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

During Covid 19 they are still turning off service to customers

I was trying to register for Unemployment during the Covid-19 pandemic and Cox turned off my service for non payment even after I already had spoken to them and explained that I had not received and stimulus for the care act or any unemployment yet . They also demanded that the full bill be paid in order to turn the service back on would not even give me a payment arrangement . I am going to pay my bill when I can and then change companies . I will never do business with them again . Cox is disgusting and I am going to write a complaint letter to the governor and the congressman in my area . Horrible way to treat customers .

Service termination

I am literally in tears because the way I was just treated by a representative just 15 minutes ago. She was extremely rude and insensitive and was condescending. Her attitude was unacceptable. I explained to this woman that my family and I are experiencing a hardship during this crisis. She was so very rude. I am humiliated. We are all struggling and this is how cox treats people. I asked cox to work with me as I work from home and my children attend online schooling. My services will be terminated tomorrow. Thank you cox.

In addition, Cox put the original payment though two more times causing additional charges of $70! Cox denies this occured, however, the bank disagrees.

I called because there was an outage of my service...i paid for a maintenence service for 10 years..the agent said that was an old service and i had to upgrade it for $$ more..i refused the upgrade..she put it thru anyway..when i called to complain they daid they cannot switch it back because the package i had no.longer exists..now i get charged more for the same service i had because the agent scammed me

Worse company I never had. Closed account more than one month something. Still not getting the deposit 112.48 back. Staffs or managements works there seem not organize at all. Can't make a simple thing done. They can said it's I am sorry. Help nothing Firstable issued a refund by credit back to the card than two weeks later said can't do it only can't send by check than send a dispute check. I was charged for $12 returned check fee. Do not use this company's service this kind of company should not exist at the Market.

PROBLEMS, PROBLEMS, TOLD ME DO NOT OWE, TURNED ACCT TO COLLECTIONS

Yes, I have contacted Cox many times. I had numerous problems with them and finally stopped service. Twice Cox told me someone would be here to pick up the modem. It sat by front door for over 6 months. No one ever showed. Then I got a bill. When I called about it, no one picking up modem, they can, still sitting here, the staff told me I HAD TO TAKE IT TO THE NEAREST OFFICE, TEN MILES AWAY. I explained Cox said they would pick it up. "You must take it to the nearest office." I have had 3 brain surgeries, driving very limited, etc." Staff insisted that I get someone to take me. I then stated they were discriminating against handicapped person and was ignored. I said, "Listen to me. You are discriminating against a handicapped person." Staff continued to state I had to bring it in. I could not. After I complained Cox staff said i would never receive another bill from them. Now, Cox has turned the $300+ bill over to collections which has turned the bill over to credit reporting agencies. RUDE, LYING STAFF.

Cox Dosen't Listen

I have tried to discontinue my cox service because I cannot afford to pay $200+ for entertainment. They do not listen, but, try to sell me another package for a short period of time and then the price goes back up. I then was referred to a Supervisor (In the Auto Business, He would be called a Closer) who then tells me what a good customer I have been and we hate to lose you. Again, changing the subject to avoid turning off the service. This is no way to treat a customer and they should change their Hard Sell practices. I am a retired government employee on a small pension, and I really can't afford to pay an Attorney, to get a court order to turn the service off.
