I would like to know who it is that is giving out these "AWARDS" for excellent service.My phone/ internet/ and especially cable are out more than on.
Then you get to talk to 5 morons and waste an hour for them to tell you that you have to make yet another appointment. An appointment which you work around their schedule and waste another 2+ hours and then in a week the same problem. You give extensive details over and over but yet when you call in you get the same, "sorry there are NO notes on your account". It is all just a big joke.
For the prices they charge they need to care!
If I had this many problems getting my check to them, I guarantee you they would be calling me quick.
