The time it takes to check a voice mail with your new voice mail access protocol is ridiculous.

Who cares how long the message is?

Who cares what number the caller was calling to leave you the voice mail?

Surely your smart guys can figure out how to let people with little extra time get a voice mail without an automated person telling me how long the message is and what number the caller was calling to leave me the message.

I'm 55 years old and have been having a difficult time figuring out why nobody wants a landline anymore.

I think you show me why every time I have to check my voice mail with Cox.

I recommend you have an access code that lets intelligent people bypass how long the message is and what number the caller was calling.

I have many properties and operations that use Cox for their office and home telephones and voice mail. If something does not change, I wont be a Cox customer for long.
