I've been with Cox for almost 6 years just for cable TV. I dobt need phone or internet.

what started as a $55 rate 6 years ago they now want to charge $120 for a basic package!!! after cpmplainig they dropped back downt to $64.99. if you are a loyal customer, they will screw you with rate hikes you havebto call and complain to keep then honest.

I dont know how they stay in busness like that. Thank goodness there are more options available forcing them to be competive.

I've been without service for 6 days. They send a tech and he says he doesn't know what's wrong & I have to reschedule for another tech to come out.

I do and he tells me the same thing.

What abuch of incompetent people. I am now looking for a new cable provider
