My pmt. posted to wrong acct -another customer of cox.

Gave them the correct acct. # (mine), they see the pmt. and cannot transfer it to my acct. this has been since August!!

Now getting calls from collection agency. They can't reach anyone to fix it either. Have called every number and spoken with every person that I can find in your company. Still nothing accomplished.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I am purchasing a home with a mortgage and you are ruining a long, long perfect credit history. I can't even reach the store where I paid my bills to fax them my receipt, and check that I paid with!! Just get voice mail and no answer to my messages.

Store was South County Commons Cox Store, South Kingstown, RI 02879. Please help me rectify this!!!
