I had Direct tv and switched over to Cox communications, I was given lots of incentatives for signing up and one of those incentatives was a 200 pre paid gift card that I have never ever received. when I called to complain I was told I needed to sign up for the card which the customer service rep graciously said, I will do that for you.

A month later I received this little flimsy card saying I did not sign up for the right services.

Just as soon as I can go back to Direct TV as a new customer, I will be getting rid of Cox.
