Very good technicians

Came a little earlier than expected but was very respectful &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;courteous explained finished previous job early if ok to resolve connection problems with tvs.Very efficient &informative assuring me if anything went wpleasedrong they would come back.Everything seem to be working ok. kudos to these technician

Movie Selections

I realize Cox Communications buys programs from the networks to show on the Cox Network. But whoever is in charge of purchasing these programs for Cox needs to change their programming rapidly. You show the same movies on the Cox lineup over, & over, & over. I'm getting tired of paying for & watching the same thing all the time. Get some new movies PLEASE!!! I have been with Cox for over 20 years and it's getting to the point of being tired of the Cox network. I have come to the point that (out of boredom) I can turn off the sound on a movie and quote the lines of the actors word for word, because I have seen the movie so many times. On your AMC channel I have seen "The Walking Dead" so often that I don't even bother tuning into that channel anymore. And that is just ONE example. Thank you for saying what a lot of people are saying. Yet Cox continues to not listen .They still showing the same junk, but they keep increasing the price for the same *** shows. What makes it even worse is that now they add more additional charges and fees to increase they're bottom line even though they aren't doing anything different besides switching channels around haha.

Get some new programming on movies. And quit showing the same movies over & over & over all the time.

Your station is getting "Stale". I can think of lots of movies I haven't seen (e.g.) "Twilights Last Gleaming" Burt Lancaster 1977 Or "Final Countdown" Kirk Douglas 1980 or "Is Paris Burning" Kirk Douglas 1966 There are so many movies out there to be shown.

We have been with cox for 25 years and are going to cancel in a week ! First off went in to get new boxes because we thought they were bad ! Got the contour which we don’t like and started having problems ! Finally after one month a tech came out and fixed the problem...

Apparently cold weather is a problem for them! No ice, no real snow but still.....no service. Its a holiday weekend and my service went out and they just keep delaying when it will be working again. On new years eve morning they've now pushed it to by 12am. So, no service to bring in the new year! Way to go Cox. You suck

To say I am livid with Cox right now would not even begin to cover it. We have been with your company for jesh 13 years on the personal side. Naturally when we started our own company 5 years ago Cox was our choice...We got a small shop and moved everything to there. Fast forward to the beginning of this year when we just could not afford to be in a shop. Well due to being still locked in a contract with you we were forced to have internet both on the business side (we already had your fastest speed with our personal account). We also have a second line that we don't use at all. I called today to try and save a little bit of money and remove it. I was told that it would actually cost me more if I removed the line because then our internet (the one we are being forced to pay that we don't use) would actually go up!!!! I am DONE ready to move on to someone else. There is a little app called Nextdoor your company should check it out. I have seen quite a few people complain about Cox and that they too are either moving service or already have. If you have just worked with me I would have and HAVE been your biggest cheerleader.

I had a situation where my parents were paying my bill, i called them to sent me my bill, and they i would need to provide a death certificate, why was that nessary, so i cancelled my service and went to at&t and have been pleased with their service for the past 10 years. So *** cox

Scheduled installation with Cox today. High speed internet, phone and cable TV. Conformation # 10804345. They no showed. Called them..."What confirmation number" " The system doesn't recognize that number". Then the truth comes out. Didn't speak to Cox. It was a 3rd party vendor. Everybody is really sorry but the soonest they can get out now is Tuesday, the 14th. Wonder what the excuse will be Tuesday? Same old INCOMPETENT Cox I came to know when I lived here before. They are the only provider where I live now. Captive market. No accountability. No sense of urgency and no one gives a ***! I want a job like that!

Terrible service, I would never recommend cox to anyone I know. Tv constantly froze, contour worked maybe 10% of the time if that, and the customer service they have is a joke. If I know anyone that is preparing to invest in cox I will do everything in my power to turn them away.

I WAS PROMISED A $250 REBATE CARD FOR SIGNING UP FOR COX HOMELIFE SECURITY SYSTEM. WHAT THEY DIDN'T TELL ME IS THAT YOU HAD TO PAY $300 APPX PER MONTH FOR THE EQUIPMENT(3-MONTHS). THEN THEY DONT GIVE YOU THE OFFER CODE TO REDEEM THE REBATE AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT IT'S OVERPRICED AND THEY BATE-N-SWITCH AND DENY YOU WHAT WAS OFFERED. WHEN I CALLED THEY SENT ME TO ABOUT 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO TRIED TO SEND ME BACK TO THE PEOPLE WHO I SPOKE WITH PREVIOUSLY. ALL THEY DID WAS GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND. A LOUSY SERVICE.

Well, it's been several days and no reply. I'm paying for your service and am getting shrugged off. This is ridiculous. The 100 gb I'm supposed to be getting is roughly 16gb, and every single day I have to restart my modem and router just to connect at all. And sometimes that doesn't even Fox the issue. I'm going to expect a prorated bill since my last email, as well as the problem resolved. You are no entering into complicating my wife's ability to do college coursework, the tuition is extremely expensive and we rely on your service in order to maintain the courses. I will be expecting an expedient reply as well as resolution. Thank you, Dylan Webb.

You know, I have been a customer with Cox since 2011. If not on this account then my wife's or the one prior. I have had nothing but unreliable service since summer of 2013. I have been given cop out remedies or sold "upgrades" en lieu of having my service delivered at the promised speed, consistency, accountability, or accessibility. I have called on many occasions to have the problem fixed. This last time, after my bill being increased, I called and was sold another "upgrade." Which I was buying 50gb speed and getting approximately 25 on wifi. And now I am paying for 100 and am getting 16 on wifi. I have replaced my modem and my router and it is not fixed. The problem is not the hardware, it's the service. And every time I am offered a technician to come remedy the issue with the service I am told I will be charged $50. To reiterate, I have been a customer since 2011, have had issues and have notified your company numerous times since 2013, have not received any resolution for the issues stemming from the service, and am thoroughly upset with just about every facet of this service. I will be overjoyed in finding out how your company intends to right this issue. I am tired of having to put up with this service just because it is the best of a bad situation. Sincerely, Dylan Webb

I was also a customer for 17 years. When my pkan expired which was grandfathered in whn prices changed. Cox offered new customers better prices but us old customers had to keep paying the expensive price were locked in with and cox wouldn't allow me to have the better deal like the new customers and i had been with cox for 17 years. With a bundle package. I just decided that cox didn't care about existing customers and i just ended my service with them without notice also. Cox only cared about money not quality service.
