called every number cox has and was put on hold.the five minute wait time turned into 30 minutes.
i previously called and had my bill reduced, got todays bill which was increased more than the original. so frustrated with cox, but i hear direct tv and century link are no better. hire more people instead of putting "valuable" customers on such a long hold. The web site is no better.
Im frustrated, and aggravated.
i have been with cox 20 years, but may switch now.its too bad we can't get other companies to the state of AZ to increase competition.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
