Cox service is overpriced and they have outages every day. The customer service representatives are rude and down right disrespectful to the customers.

WORST SERVICE EVER - NO SHOW - NO CALL - NOTHING

Our cable had not been working full force. I reached out to them on Friday. So, I called again and was patched over to India...well, it's hard enough for me to hear because I have had a lifelong hearing deficit. But, it's even harder when talking to India. So, I asked to be transferred Stateside. Well, when I was transferred they told me the soonest would be in two days. In other words, Saturday or Sunday. Then I called they said, 'he'll be there from 3-5 on Sunday. Oh, so more waiting. NO, THE WAITING ENDED UP BEING A NO SHOW. NO CALL. NOTHING. I WAS READY TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER COMPANY BUT COX HAS THE CONTRACT LOCKED UP FOR OUR AREA. No need for Customer Service to come out. We're all stuck with them.

Again the wind is starting to pick up 5 to 10 mile an hour like every other time it blows in Las Vegas my Internet starts buffering they cant find a reason but the only time it does it is when the wind blows bitched about it for the past 15 years tired of their ***

Fix the flipping connection amazing I’ve never buffers when the wind don’t blow but when the wind blows a little bit of buffers replaced every line and cable all the way out your pole so it was between your pole in the box send the construction out guys i

We had the storm Isaias come through on 8/4. Our internet has been out since then and Cox still has no idea when internet service is to be restored. At best we maybe talking 8/15 but I would not bet on it. My guess is we will be out for over 1/2 month. Cox says they are working hard to restore service and will only credit an account for actual outage days. If you work at home their attitude is it sucks to be you. Customer loyalty refuses to comp any extra service credits. Stay away from them as they are showing incompetence in restoring service in a timely manner.

Filed with BBB cox responded with false truths and in the end wiped my bill clean almost 500$ and I signed up for internet with no deposit !! Anyone who had same issue with being lied to about reward benefit for cox should file case with BBB and at worst you'll be another victim complaining about their misleading deals GL

Cox has the worst tech support. On hold for 20 minutes, then I was told no one was available and the connection was terminated. Tried online chat, I asked a very simple question. Can you send a single to my router to determine if there is an outage or my router has a problem, the answer was we cannot do that, it was pitiful trying to chat with someone reading off of a queue card. I asked to speak to a network engineer. No help there either. They offered to have someone come out in a week. I told them no.

Over all bad experience, my instill was done incorrectly, my modem was bad then finally bit the dust, had service people out 3times this mo, then was charged 100. 00 on my bill for a service call that wasn't my fault, all the trouble I have been having is due to the mistakes Cox made, had a 100.00 credit on my account due to all the trouble, then Cox adds the 100.00 service call to my bill, which just took the credit, when I tried to explain that I shouldn't have had a service call charge, I was just blown off, their excuse was you had 100.00 credit to take care of the service charge, a service charge I should have never had, so I am left paying that service charge with my credit.

Cox just shut off some of my channels, and I was told by tech support I would have to pay $78.00 to get those three channels back...that is price gouging. I am elderly and disabled and $78.00 buys my food. Shame in Cox. My daughter helped me get a streaming service and I get hundreds of channel for free.

OMG. Just got off the phone with Cox. They were fighting with me because I dropped my cable and phone. I heard everything from dont ever try to call 911 on your cell phone because they wont know where you are and Im trying to save your life to dont try to get cable again because youll never get these great discounts. And then quoted me 150 speed for $157.99. I asked for a breakdown and saw he included unlimited data at 59.99 because everyone gets it. He was downright nasty.

Bill was 69.99 per month went up to 95.00 and change, called customer service said she would put it back at 69.99 now getting email say total bill is 81.91 (really) what a liar. oh and get a new router box which should take care of the additional 25.00 increase. All of this when people have lost their jobs and or hours cut! Says a lot about cox!
