Wrong/Misleading programming

For at least the third time in my recent memory Cox has published on its programming grid a description of a movie that has been made twice, describing, in this case, "The Fog" which was made in 1980 and remade in 2005. The program grid describes the 2005 version, but what's on the screen is the 1980 version. Cox can't do ANYTHING right!

Cox Communications is the WORST cable company on the planet. There is so much wrong with this *** company it's almost impossible to list the things that need attention. 1. The ON DEMAND feature is not working for 2 days now. 2. Screen pixilates on any and all channels; audio drops out frequently. 3. At least 2 movie channels right now have audio/visual out of sync, i.e., the characters' lips move and then the dialogue line follows. 4. The program guide is frequently incorrect, i.e., a movie is listed that is not the movie that plays when the time comes or it's a remake of a movie from years ago and the movle shown is not the version listed in the guide. 5. AND SO MUCH MORE

I cant stand the experience with Cox and yet we dont have other internet provider in the area - were paying for the Gigablast internet which Cox promises to be up to 1000 MB download, and yet every other week the speed drops down to less then 100 MB, which is not enough for anything. The equipment is brand new from Cox, so its not the issue. Tired called them, they send a tech who fixed the issue for several month and then it came back. What a scam! Relaunching modem doesnt help. They keep charring us for the services they dont deliver

They suck. they should be called Cox Commercial svc. You have to keep your hand on the remote to fast forward every 3 minutes or so

I've been a Cox customer for 12 years plus I've made some changes to my account due to bad service, disputes and text showing up for their appointment. I am low income severely disabled and have 14 year old kids that are not able to do their school work because our internet has been canceled along with our phone service that has hearing impaired device attached.

User's recommendation: Make complaints do the FCC the FTC your congressman your governor in the attorney general's office.

Does anyone at cox know how to do their job correctly and not hangup one the customer when they are caught in a lie! I'm so sick of the run around and no solution. i transferred to cox cause my disabled son needs the wireless cable monitor due to not having a outlet with all his equipment. i was promised it 3 times and still nothing. but they are sure charging me for it. How can they get away from doing this? I think we all need to come together and fight against cox .ALSO because of the virus they decided to charge double for techs to come out to your house.

I have been trying to access my family's Internet for 3 MONTHS for TV use. I have the correct password and account ID. How do I gain access on my devices without secret question/answer? The account is my husband's. He does not remember the question that he used. He has NEVER had this issue.

Equipment return

Tried to send back equipment on day of moving because we discontinued service. They would not send return fedex shipping box to that address. I gave them my new address in our new state that Cox did not service. I was suspicious when they did not send a fedex box or mailing instructions to return the equipement. I contacted them 5 times before I received a fedex return box for the equipment. I received a call from their subcontractor return clowns trying to charge me $300.00 for the equipment just as I had suspected would happen. style="Beware as these *** clowns are another profit for COX,

I just got my Cox billing in today's mail, it was over $300.00 and there was a letter with it explaining that EVERY service's price was raised! I'm 72 and my wife (70) are on a fixed income. I'm retired and 100% disabled veteran of the Vietnam War. I can't afford this! I'll be looking for another provider soon. Cox, goodbye after 30 + years of loyalties to you, with none returned.
