Their customer service was so great that I will be using Cox Cable forever. I will tell everyone how these two ladies made an extraordinary experience for me. Thanks for the HARD inquiry on my Credit Report

I specifically said if Cox must see my credit report then it must be a "soft inquiry". I was told "absolutely, we never do a hard pull". 10 minutes later I got an email notification from my credit alert. It now shows as a HARD INQUIRY. My credit is perfect so it's really a big deal, my text conversation and ss was forwarded to COX. I've heard nothing not even an apology. I still rate the service is great but I now have the hard inquiry on my report for 2 years. I have PTSD so i usually dont say anything that bothers me but here we are. Nice welcome to Vegas thanks.

I am an 87-year-old lady and a widow and the cable bill is too expensive. I had a package but that contract has finished. I use them for internet and cable but no longer use their phone. The few TV channels that I enjoy are Food, HGTV, TLC, and History. They put them in the upper level and pay more. I am planning on getting a stick as I cannot pay $143 mo. on my Social Security.

Worst service ever

I have been with cox for over 20 yrs and never thought about cancelling my service unti now. I have tried for three weeks to transfer my service to a new address and get the same story every week when I call back. Guess what still no service, “let me add you in” and today the service represent hung up on me. Wow!! What a way to hand 20 year client.

Cox customer service has definitely gone downhill. I had a Loyalty rep that just wanted to ask me the same questions repeatedly instead of using my answers to help me!

Then after I got a supervisor on the phone she just wanted to argue with me! I'd really like to have someone that actually knows how to be professional answer the phone!

I signed up with Cox over a year ago by phone. I was told I would receive a $150.00 pre paid Visa card by last December. I have been to the office three times to inquire about this and was told they are looking into it. This weekend I called again only to be told that I was to submit a form...NO ONE MENTIONED THAT! When I called 1 877-286-4804 (their redemption program) I was once again told they could not help me because I had not submitted the form and even then time constraints would probably prohibit processing the claim. Companies like (COX M) is what causes the Liberals to step in and decide on how you should treat customers. I am trying to reduce my bill since I am now retired and on a fixed income. There is no way that anyone should be paying for channels you don't watch, like 95% of what's in your package. I don't watch sports or speak Spanish and to add insult to injury, the important channels I need is in a package with a higher price... And now I have to purchase extra boxes since you decided that the only way I can watch regular and local channels is to purchase this new digital mini box. But when we got to the billing she tells me that for the bundle deal it would be $103.00 a month and that don't include taxes.
