Cox Communications review: Have not received any visa rewards cards for my promotions

Account number 23811 717-061-and acct #9238 103-774-4911??? I now have a new account number which also comes with a Visa card +238-119-264-2206 I pay a lot of money for my service each month I pay my bill on time I deserve to get what I was told by the representative now I spoke to customer service on the day they installed my new account which was a couple of days ago and they gave me these account numbers again I will send them through and I hope to receive my Visa cards if there's anything you can do please email me at Lita at yahoo.com

Cox Communications review: Poor customer service in your Topeka Kansas store from the only female clerk on March 26, 2016. I did not get her name, but should have.

We were in your Topeka store today and needed to replace the box for my father who is 89 years old. He had a small box and they wanted to replace it with a box 3 times the size and I questioned it with the clerk and she proceeded to tell me that that was my only chose. She also told me that we could not order a smaller box, that we would just have to wait and see what was delivered to the store. We took the box and after 2 hours on the phone with a COX tech, he determined that the box was defective. He did tell me that he could order a smaller box and have it mailed to my dad's address and that we could go back to the store and get another box today. We did and talked with another clerk and found out that they did have a mini box in store and we could get one of those. I informed him what I had been told earlier and he did not understand why she had misinformed us so badly. WE are now 3 hours into this ordeal and back home to install another box. That install was successful, but I am very upset at her attitude and the lack of knowledge she had and her ability to provide us good customer service. I feel she needs to be reported and retrained in the product you have to sell. I hope you will take the necessary steps in dealing with this matter and would appreciate a response back from you.

I like to file a complaints against Mr Mike from collection Dept. he can't any personal account. even though I make mistakes give Mike the wrong account. Mike say. transfer me to billing Dept. afterwards I already told mike. I already spoke to billing Dept before I can say other person name. Mike hang up very rude it seem he impatient little irritated as well. and P.S. I also have another complaints. Sence last week I made a promise i'll take care my balance. because my credit card issues. has been stolen. the customer service I have spoke to several customers service and I made agreement if I can come up with $110 they will work with me as long I pay before this coming Wednesday. I know I owed $344.38 but the also agreement $129.86 I pay $64 last week and I pay tonight Monday total $110 . I owed $19 to 129.86 which I already pay up $110. without they cut my Cox cable off for $24.00 they ask me to pay without turn off my Cox cable. I already request supervisor. I ask Ms Kelsea that has supervisor give me a call first before the cut my cable off. Ms Kelsea say supervisor will contact me within 24 hours or Thursday. call me (405)885-6762 if you have any questions whom may concern. thanks.

They are officially back in the Peninsula and have an A+ I'm my book. I have always had positive outcomes when it pertains to my service for Cox. I had a delightful conversation with a young man by the name of Anthony from this location and I can see his bright future in the company. Thank you for all your help!

Some hints: 1. Treat the repair technician on the phone or in your house as a welcome guest and a good friend. A cordial relationship goes a long way. They stay longer, they explain more, and they fix things better. Several times, my problem was entirely within my house, which meant were supposed to charge me. They never did. 2. Diamonds are forever, but modems are not. I got 30Mbps with 75Mbps service. Was Cox ripping me off? No, I just had an old modem that couldn't go that fast. I drove three miles to Best Buy, bought a modem with the correct DOCSIS, and I had the advertised speed as soon as I hooked up the modem. Cox maintains a list of recommended modems. 3. Suppose you want to buy three widgets. However, you find a three-pack that has a lower per-widget price. Is that nefarious? No, it means one box instead of three, one barcode instead of three, and fewer boxes int he stockroom for the same number of widgets. It works like that with bundles. It costs them less, but the cost saving is in maintaining the service, not in the services themselves.

Nope. We've been through many trials and toils and snares together, but it has always worked out.

They key thing to remember is that whoever you are talking to is not the person who caused your problem. They are an employee of the company, not the company. That's true with any customer service problem with any company.

The person you are talking to can be your hero if you give them a way to be the good guy. It worked with Cox, it worked with Sears, it worked with… everyone.

The same scenario is playing out for my mother. She was upsold by a Cox rep switching her from AT&T which she shouldn't have subscribed to.

He talked her into a VOIP phone which is unreliable and has issues.

Her TV settings routinely go offline. Cox, please amend your pricing; minimize the bundle especially DVR when a person is too old to use it; and provide economy for senior citizes.

COX Customers are dumb and ask the dumbest questions on the phone, always have dumb input issues and then call us to blame us for their dumb and *** mistakes of pressing buttons their tv, say they pay hundreds of dollars and that we provide poor customer experience when most of the time when we want to help a customer all they do is be stubborn and dont follow directions and ask for supervisors! the best advice i can give is *** CANCEL it is a LUXURY to have cable and if your not happy than go away you dont need cable, you need to get a life, run get up you *** chair and do something and let us resolve good customers questions and concerns not all this *** that your gonna sew us LOL like if someone is gonna listen, just *** cancel and watch local tv if your so unhappy with the service lol one less problem and one less bad annoying customer (:
