Original review posted by user Mar 28Bad attitudes, poor service, charges for self service, bad advice like I needed to buy a new modem and the old SB6141 was perfectly fine. Charges are extravagant, was charged for first time installation and tech said house did not have cable connection before and it did. Tried to charge for equipment and I was harassed on my bill for it for over 6 months. Cell phone mobile data as Wi-Fi more desirable from Verizon than Customer Service reps like James. (Nosy Jerk)
User's recommendation: Use your mobile unlimited data as Wi-Fi. 12 months contract with Cox cost minimum of $720.00.
