Not happy with service

Was told I would have my service installed on 2/20 he came out and found out the pedestal was in my neighbors yard they were not home so had to reschedule for wensday call today and sis not going to make it so they reschedule again know it will be another week before they can get here cancel my old provider the day they were spouse to up the new on up know not knowing when or if they will show up very unsatisfied

Self install failed. Lisa was able to recognize the issue quickly and found the solution. Lisa also followed up after the request to repair was completed.

Never had service but they are taking me to collections

In March 2020 I moved to an apartment that used Cox services. Vegas was on the *** of shutting down from Covid. I had no rideshare job. Then I picked up equipment from the cox location. After that I had no service for months as Cox could not get it to work. At least 5 or 6 techs came out and only one tech got it to work for 12 hours. Then it died again. I have told them so many times. Now they are suddenly sending my account to collections . I HAD MAYBE 10 HRS OF CABLE SERVICE. PERIOD. Not paying for a service that was never provided. I was warned about Cox. Big mistake to try them out after 35 yrs in Vegas.

Thanks for Correcting Problem

Dear Cox Communications We have been having internet service interruptions for weeks. The problem was intermittent so difficult to find. Cox Technicians Michael Smith and Kenny Matthews worked on the problem. They were most professional and helpful. I could not have ask for any more thorough and diligent service. These two employees listened to all my concerns ask questions and always followed up on their work. Thank you for sending these two professionals. The problem has been resolved! Deplorable Service & Liars

Internet communications drops, slow, does not work very good in Sierra Vista AZ. Customer Service is by far the worst in communications, service, repairs with nasty billing agents. Billing, customer service agents lie, and huge wait time for any and all service. Five months and problems have not been resolved.

Internet Outage

Internet will not connect to TV and it will not comment to Roku. Trying to connect to Roku through internet device.

Why I haven't got my refund back on my card
