In addition, Cox put the original payment though two more times causing additional charges of $70! Cox denies this occured, however, the bank disagrees.

The Cox installer was here four hours connecting four TV receivers and a modem. He was on the phone almost that whole time. They have been out twice since. Replaced the modem. Today my wife returned her receiver. This replacement seems to work, but I'm not holding my breath. WHY DID THEY INSTALL USED HARDWARE?

Cox Self Install Kits Are Defective | Cox Communications review

Multiple customers can get their wireless self install kits to work... The Contour Remote that is packaged in the kit...is refurbished product. Cox ships it to customers without removing the micro- code from the last customer. The remote will not "pair or synch with the wireless modem.... Cox installation guide fails to tell the customer to punch into the Contour remote the code "981". This code removes the existing micro- code allowing it to "pair and synch." I had 4 Cox tech reps come out and all of them told me to go to the Cox Store. The Cox Store self install kits have the same problem. I finally called Corporate Office to report the defect

She asked for cable to be hooked up and asked kindly to add every spanish channel and they supposedly were gonna hook it up on saturday but never showed up! The person who was supposed to connect it said no one was home which was a straight up lie cause i was there too. They said they were "sorry" and would come within a day or two.... Nothing. They are sorry, not the way of apologies either

Account number 23811 717-061-and acct #9238 103-774-4911??? I now have a new account number which also comes with a Visa card +238-119-264-2206 I pay a lot of money for my service each month I pay my bill on time I deserve to get what I was told by the representative now I spoke to customer service on the day they installed my new account which was a couple of days ago and they gave me these account numbers again I will send them through and I hope to receive my Visa cards if there's anything you can do please email me at Lita at yahoo.com
