Cox rewards new customers at the expense of existing customers. Loyal customers are treated like dirt.

Bad business practice. Cox does not discriminate. They screw every one equally. I cut the cord long ago.

I get good TV on antenna. Dont miss a monthly bill from Cox.

Exact same boat, we need a class action lawsuit. This company has the most incompetent employees ever dealt with, no one knows anything, everything is so compartmentalized and scripted. Techs cant fix our service, we're being overcharged, and also paying for utilities that are not functioning whatsoever and they refuse to adjust their billing calling it, "our fault." This company is literally extorting people and must be shut down.

Cox has been horrible lately. The internet never works and is very slow. No such thing as high speed internet! Every night there's a problem with the cable no signal or its trying to find a signal.
