We went with cox for the internet speed. We got a bundle because there was a price break but we use internet for TV and told the tech to take the equipment with him.

..all we needed was the modem. the advantage of the bundle expired and we went with internet only. suddenly we are charged $300 for equipment we never got. They won't listen, they won't give you names or numbers of anyone that could help, and I had a choice of the credit mark or pay the extortion.

monopolies suck and this one should definitely be broken up.

customer service is a big fat zero and the company is a bunch of criminals. find another company if you can.
