closed my account with them due to extra charges they put on my account without letting me know and had to close that account and made sure there is no charges left and I was told they would make a note of that.

but received a mail after 3 months that my account was sent to the collection service for the ACTIVATION FEE even I had that account closed!!!

and didn't receive any notification for that charge till they sent it for the collection and when I called them she mentioned yes there is a charge for activation!!!

well I didn't know once you close your account you would get charged and they send it for the collection service without any notification.
