Slow internet. Frequent failures. I do not like COX. I have had them for 3 years and I'm basically stuck with them because no one else serves my address or something of that sort. Their internet is quite expensive for what it is, and I feel that I'm throwing my money away because I often have problems with it. If you have the choice DO NOT GET COX.
