Not resolved

We inquired to in March, with no reply after our followup request for information 3/28/2016.

Repeated that last message today 7/15 and got -

Also - 2 days ago Cox scrambled the neighborhood WAN IPs, now internet reconnects every 30 minutes - of course stopping everything.

This for almost $900 per year (constantly escalated) for supposed (but spotty) "high speed Internet".

Not a happy camper!
