I called today 12/26/2018 to cancel my internet services effective for 12/28/2018. I spoke with a rep would who happily let me set up a payment arrangement after I verified the account and the pin number.
When I was transferred to the cancellations department, the agent informed me that I could not stop the service because my last name was not on the account?? HOW IS THAT EVN POSSIBLE?? THAT IS A SERIOUS ERROR ON THE COMPANYS PART and I was making payment arrangements and verifying the account for over a year.
When SPEAKING with SUPERVIOSR RANDY FEATHERSTONE who is extremely rude and unhelpful, he informed me that although this is Cox's error I can not stop service for my internet on the date requested..
I will write to you every single day and blast you on all social media platforms until you respond to my issue..
