They charged a 95 year old woman who had to cancel her Cox Cable after being a customer for 25 years a cancellation charge of $90. This woman had no choice but to cancel because she entered a Nursing Home.

When we called Cox Cable they said it was a legitimate charge and they had a right to this high fee. Sure, they probably do, but they have absolutely NO HEART. The fee to them is peanuts, but to an elderly woman on Social Security who now has very little money to spare, it's exorbitant. Shame on Cox for not waiving this!!

What an exploitive and greedy company this is! Stay away from Cox if you can.

This is typical. They don't care about customers and 25 years of loyalty means nothing to them.

I am not renewing with them.
