Cox bundle installed 03.11.2018. Have had various troubles.
Customer Service (CS) was extremely curteous both on the phone and in person. Incoming audio signal consistantly changes from one level on the program and when commercial comes on we have to grab controller to reduce it. Reasons given have been: some boxes can cause this. (CS) rep said she would put in a work order and it may take 1-2 wks.
Nothing changed, s/w (CS) again and was told they would charge us $75 to come out even though it is their equipment.
Now we're locked in for 2 yrs. They do not honor their commitment to the consumer who was tricked into buying their service.
