For the past 2 months I have been blown off, lied to and wasted several days on phone with no results. Paying for services and no tv.
Worst company ever. Please consider hiring and training your staff to do the job.
Constantly losing time from work for them to tell you they have you down for a different day. Don’t tell me there was a fence, dog and no access when I live in a condo with none if these and watched for tech from 7 am till 7 pm and lost a days pay and this happened 4 times in 2 months
