From day 1nothing but problems!Service is not what i ordered!

Techs supposed to come out,they never show or call!but today i call because i have no internet,they set an appointment for today 3-5 no show or call!so i call them back and was told I CALLED AND CANCELED!

I told the rep MERCEDES I did not call and cancel then she said it was rescheduled til the 31st...i asked for a supervisor which was no more help then the rep...this has happened on more then one occasion!I am so discusted with there untrained reps...the whole Company needs a better training coach and these inadequate techs should be terminated for lying on the customers....v
