Worst company ever, i cancelled my homelife service which i was using for over 5 years. I was one of their very first customers, i was on their 3 years contract which will pay off your equipment if you stay for 3 years however these crooks sent me a $350 bill for their stupid touch screen device which is paid for.
whenever i called their dumb customer service, i got this runaround Oh you have to pay the fees because it was rented ( what a bunch of liars). Bottom line is stay far away from these crooks, they will come up with bunch of fat lies and turn you over to a collection agency.
