Cox didn't care if we are both on Social Security. We called them to see if we could get our bill lowered a little, because we were paying almost $200 a month for phone, internet and tv.
We had been a cox customer for over 9 years. They said they couldn't lower it. Friends of ours had been a Cox customer for about 3 years and they are paying $135 a month. Does that seem fair to you?
And our friends are not on social security. Cox SUCKS....
