Absolute WORST service I have ever encountered!! How DARE you blame our lack of service of "our" equipment!!!

How DARE your reps say our router and modem is the cause your *** service constantly cuts out, our equipment is the best to be bought on the market at only one year old!! Anytime there's an issue we reboot the equipment to no avail. Should the service actually work as promised, which by the way comes at a high price tag, rebooting wouldn't be nessasery.

We pay to have 150 megabytes a month and only receive 100 megabytes, on the half occasion it actually works!! Get your *** together!
